#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body remains active all the while. Toward the class’s conclusion, we’ll add some static stretches to truly open up the hips. However, if you’re treating this session as an extended warm-up or as the start of a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility training is essential for keeping a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also observe improved performance in your other workouts.
