#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this class, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the end, we’ll add a few static stretches to really enhance the work. However, if you’re using this session as a prolonged warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility exercises are vital for ensuring your body operates at its best and remains injury-free. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workouts too.
