#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to the next, maintaining dynamic movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for activity.
