#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the end, we’ll ease into a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility exercises are essential for maintaining your body’s optimal function and warding off injuries. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you may observe better performance in your other workouts as well.
