### Hip Mobility + Glute Activation Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly through various hip mobility sequences, maintaining a flow of movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you’re using this class as a precursor to a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
