#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
