#### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining movement throughout. Towards the end of the class, we will ease into a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for further activity.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you might experience improved performance in your other workouts too.
