#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll continuously transition through a variety of hip mobility exercises, flowing smoothly from one sequence to another. Near the conclusion, we’ll include several static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a body that operates efficiently and remains free of injuries. As you work on improving your mobility, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts.
