#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping the body in motion the whole time. Near the conclusion of the session, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping those static holds to keep your muscles ready to go.
