### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

Throughout this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body engaged at all times. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more intense strength session, feel free to bypass the static holds at the end.
