### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we will continuously transition from one hip mobility series to another. Towards the end, we’ll take it down a notch with a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength-training routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the finish to keep your muscles ready for movement.
Mobility exercises are crucial for maintaining your body in top shape and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you might notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
