### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring constant movement for the body. Towards the conclusion, we will add in a few static stretches to deepen the experience. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
