### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll progress smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another. Near the end of the class, we’ll add in a few static stretches. However, if you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds to keep your muscles ready for movement.
Mobility exercises are vital for maintaining your body’s optimum performance and avoiding injuries. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved results in your other workouts too.
