Today, we’ll be concentrating on enhancing hip mobility, with a focus on strengthening the glutes while we progress through the exercises.

#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the body is in constant motion. Towards the end of the session, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up for a subsequent strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is essential for maintaining a body that operates at its best and prevents injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
