#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches to thoroughly open up the hips. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up for a more comprehensive strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for activity.

Mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free of injuries. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
