#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we will move through a series of hip mobility sequences, transitioning smoothly from one exercise to the next. Towards the conclusion, we will add in some static stretches to deepen our efforts. However, if you’re using this class as part of your warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility work is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you will likely see improved performance in your other workouts.
