### What to Anticipate in This Class
During this session, we will transition smoothly through various hip mobility sequences, keeping a steady pace throughout. Near the end, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up prior to strength training, I suggest omitting the static holds at the conclusion.
