### Hip Mobility + Glute Activation Flow
During this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to the next, maintaining a smooth flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you are utilizing this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility training into your regimen is essential for keeping your body performing at its best and avoiding injuries. Moreover, as your mobility advances, you may notice improved effectiveness in your other workouts too!
