### Glutes & Hip Mobility Workout

### Flow for Hip Mobility & Glutes
During this session, we’ll glide smoothly through a series of hip mobility moves, transitioning effortlessly from one sequence to another. At the end, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
