### Flow of Hip Mobility & Glutes
During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition through a variety of hip mobility exercises, moving fluidly from one sequence to another. Toward the conclusion of the class, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this as a warm-up for a strength session, feel free to bypass the static holds at the end.
