### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. As we approach the end, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
