#### What to Expect in This Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring continuous movement. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up before a lengthier strength workout, you can skip the static holds at the end.

Integrating mobility work into your routine is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and minimizing the likelihood of injury. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts too!
