### Hip Mobility & Glutes Workout

During this session, we will transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the movement is continuous throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, you may skip the static holds at the end.

Integrating mobility work into your routine is crucial for maintaining your body’s optimal performance and minimizing the risk of injury. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you will likely notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
