### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility work is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’re likely to see improved performance in your other workouts.
