### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

Today, we’ll focus on hip mobility while also engaging the glutes throughout the class.

#### Class Overview: Hip Mobility + Glutes

In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping our bodies moving all the way through. Towards the end of the session, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a longer warm-up for an extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to preserve your energy.

Mobility exercises are vital for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workouts.
