#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your body ready for action.
