### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll move seamlessly through various hip mobility routines, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches to enhance the effectiveness. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or as a preliminary part of a more extended strength routine, feel free to skip the static holds.
Mobility training is essential for maintaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you may find enhanced performance in your other workouts.
