#### Class for Hip Mobility + Glutes
During this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout the class. Near the conclusion, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up ahead of a strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
Incorporating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and minimizing injury risk. Moreover, as your mobility increases, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
