#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Toward the end, we’ll add in several static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles engaged for movement.
Mobility training is vital for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
