During this class, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout. Towards the class’s conclusion, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re using this as an extended warm-up ahead of a strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
