### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the movement remains fluid. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a prolonged warm-up or the start of a more extended strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for further activity.

Mobility exercises are vital for preserving a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’ll probably see better performance in your other workouts too.
