### Hip Mobility & Glutes Session

In this class, we will transition fluidly from one hip mobility series to the next, ensuring continuous movement throughout the session. Toward the conclusion, we will add in a couple of static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength session, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
