### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body active throughout. Towards the end of the class, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
