#### Class on Hip Mobility + Glutes

During this session, we will move fluidly from one hip mobility exercise to the next, ensuring that the flow is continuous throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you are using this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
