#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. However, if you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up for a more intensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
