### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the session’s conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a thorough warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I recommend omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles active and prepared for further movement.
Mobility exercises are crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injury. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may experience improved performance in your other workouts.
