#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility series to another, keeping the movements fluid. Near the end, we’ll add some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the starting point for a more extensive strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds towards the conclusion.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for maintaining a well-functioning body that avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workout routines as well.
