### **Hip Mobility & Glutes Class**
In this session, we will transition smoothly through various hip mobility exercises, keeping the movement flowing continuously throughout the class. Toward the conclusion, we will integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Adding mobility training into your regimen is crucial for maximizing body performance and preventing injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you may experience better results in your other workouts too.
