#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll add some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a prolonged warm-up for a more intensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility work is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also see improvements in your performance during other workouts.
