In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the movement stays dynamic throughout. Toward the conclusion of the class, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up or the beginning of a more extended strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for additional activity.
