#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I recommend bypassing the static holds at the end.
Mobility training is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also see improved performance in your other workouts.
