#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the end of the class, we’ll add a few static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re using this class as a comprehensive warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility practice is crucial for ensuring a body that operates efficiently and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
