### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Toward the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you are using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility exercises are essential for ensuring that your body operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts.
