#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or for the beginning of a lengthier strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility exercises are essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other fitness routines as well.
