**Lower Body Strength Circuits Class: A 45-Minute Workout for All Levels**

This 45-minute lower body strength circuit class aims to enhance strength and stability with minimal equipment. You’ll only need one heavy weight (a dumbbell or kettlebell works well) and an optional resistance band loop. The class is low-impact, with no jumping involved, allowing for easy modifications by choosing a lighter weight. It’s a flexible workout that caters to everyone!

### **Class Overview**

**Equipment Required:**
– A single heavy weight (I’m using a 20 lb dumbbell)
– Optional: Resistance band loop

The class begins with a guided warm-up, emphasizing mobility and dynamic movements to ready your body for the session. Following that, we jump into two circuits aimed at your lower body. Here’s the setup:

– **Circuit 1**: Four exercises performed for 45 seconds each, with a 10-second rest/transition period between exercises. You’ll tackle this circuit four times (two sets for the right side, two for the left).
– **Circuit 2**: Five exercises performed for 45 seconds each, with a 10-second rest/transition time. This circuit is repeated three times.

You’ll have a one-minute recovery break between the two circuits. Feel free to pause the video and take extra rest as needed. Always pay attention to your body and make adjustments or stop if required.

The class wraps up with a guided cool-down and stretch to aid in recovery and relaxation.
