#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly between various hip mobility sequences, ensuring constant movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility exercises are essential for maintaining optimal body function and avoiding injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also likely see improved performance in your other exercises.
