**Lower Body Strength Circuits Class: A 45-Minute Workout for All Levels**

This 45-minute lower body strength circuit class is ideal for anyone aiming to enhance strength and stability. All that’s required is a single heavy weight (a dumbbell or kettlebell is perfect) and an optional resistance band loop. The class is low-impact and avoids any jumping, making it easily adjustable by changing the weight. As usual, the session will include a guided warm-up and cool-down, ensuring it’s suitable for all fitness levels.

If you like this class, don’t miss the upper body version, which will be released on [Patreon](https://www.patreon.com/nicolepearce) this week!
