### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping your body engaged all the while. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to retain your flow.

Mobility exercises are essential for ensuring your body operates optimally and warding off injuries. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts.
