### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping continuous movement in play. Towards the end, we’ll decelerate and hold a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
