### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles engaged.
